Ok, they'll change their minds and say they have none left.

Had similar thing happen when I was looking for leather trousers.

Nowhere had it with a 32 waist and I found a couple sellers who had it in stock on ebay, turns out after I'd ordered/paypal'd it they found out they didn't have it in that size.

They refunded me and cancelled the order then told me about it. I guess they can do the same thing if they got the price wrong.

So my guess is yes they can do that.

Advertised at the wrong price?

Or just the wrong price was on their website?

Nobody has to sell you anything at the advertised price - including shops. But if they have it as a policy to deliberately misadvertise prices that way then they could be in trouble for doing it.

I had trouble ordering from them as well a while back. Cunts basically didn't supply for over 3 weeks so I rang to cancel and spoke to the same girl each time, took about 4 calls and 2-3 more weeks before a refund found its way into my bank account.

They're the web front for a company called Delticom, who are a huge tyre distributor. It's not likely the price was incorrect, the markup inside the tyre industry exceeds 100%.

i bought a £70 quid jacket once at Debenhams and it came up as a pack of sports socks. Woman looked at me, i squinted a bit and she just shrugged her sholders and i paid £11.

I felt i gave it to the man that day. Shame they didnt honour it on your busa tyre though bud Sad

there will always be small print in their terms and conditions that allow for errors on pricing etc.
