That looks like a tricked out NSR.
Its been done in Germany a few times where they jam a single sided swing arm on there (can't remember what its from but there is only a little fabrication required).
Generally speaking, NSR fairings are rear as anything.
There was a Taiwan company making after market fairings (Tyga?) and the front fairing came as one piece (it may have only been the front fairings).
Looks like this (self painted though I think, only come in white).

You can however put other tails on there.
I have an R6 tail which I've since decided is a little to big so may end on on the CBR600.
It just requires a little fabrication to get them on there.
There is a lot than can be done with this bike however much of it requires a little modification/fabrication.
Do you still have the fairings?
Could the original ones could be saved?
Plastic weld/respray?
