Personally I think Suzie Perry but she's doing F1 so probably not available.

I think it should be a girl to change things up a bit. If they just replace with another ''Clarkson'' it will be sh@t.

The BBC should be looking for 3 replacements. After seeing the latest sky news video with James may I would be surprised if they stay, he said it himself.

I think Top Gear should be left fallow for a couple of years before rebooting.

I would say Alan Partridge, Guy Martin and the Stig.

Maybe all three of them could be stuffed into an old caravan then pushed off the cliffs at beachy head?

Or as a replacement for Fartson, how about Freddie Flintoff?

It's a poisoned challice now, it will always be compared to the JC inspired programmes.
Considering it was one of the Beebs most commercially successful shows, anyone who can't repeat that success will be deemed to have failed.
It will probably become a dumping ground for washed up, has beens and "Z" lister wannabees!
More likely that the beeb will sell the format back to JC, it's the only way they'll make money from it, because no one's going to be watching it anymore!

Not necessarily, the public are fikle. All it takes are a few shows with a presenter the public warm to and its JC who's the has been.

Another contender, how about Foggy?

Whoever gets the job needs to be paid enough in their first year to retire on. After that spell of being compared to Clarkson they will never want / be able to work again.

Times change. The original Top Gear presenters got the boot years ago and moved to CH5 as 5th Gear. Quentin Wlson, Vicky Buttler Itchpiss and Tiff "lost the plot" Neddel.

Top Gear carried on under a different idea with Clarkson. Frankly, I see the current formula as tired and am sick of most of it. It needs a reboot anyway.

Clarkson will probably do a Max Power thing along the same lines for some other channel, so the planet can still see if a man on ski's can get down a mountain quicker than someone else can drive a car a completely different route to a KFC or whatever.

I actually think 5th gear was a better show but they kept screwing it up trying to be like top gear. If they just kept with the 3 racer presenters it would have been a better show but they got some extra presenters trying to be the ''funny'' ones.
