Got our bikes dyno'd yesterday, much braaaap can be heard
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slhfjxqxo00
The figures were stupidly low, anyone can chuck a FCR and exhaust a DRZ and get 40bhp but apparently mine is only 33bhp (well 36 in the video when it was running lean). Having ridden a DRZ bone stock for 2 years I know for a fact it's a lot more than 33bhp. The stroker should definitely be putting out low 50's, it's an absolute animal. ____________________ KTM 990 SMT & Suzuki DR-Z 400 SM |

Where was that dyno??
I believe Turbopacs do free dyno's on a Sat morning, might be good to get the bikes on a different machine ____________________ Current Bikes: ZX7r 97 (Black Beauty), VFR400 NC24 (The banana)

It was through Paul Gowland in Hexham.
A few people have mentioned Turbopacs now actually, where and what is it?
Edit: ok so they are in Durham, seems like they aren't doing free runs at the minute. Seems odd anyway, they have nothing to gain from it anyway. £30 for a power run, £45 for data logging from what I can see. ____________________ KTM 990 SMT & Suzuki DR-Z 400 SM |
