Surely if bikes fail MOTs for having the ball missing from the end of a lever, these things have not a hope in hell of passing.

Don't know how sharp these are, but fitting these must be very stupid, it could only end in disaster.

Glad it's not just me then. I first saw these a little while back and my immediate reaction was but, then I thought to myself that I must be missing something, as surely no-one would be so stupid to either manufacture or buy them if they were as stupidly dangerous as they appear. Then I remembered that some people weld their sprockets and remembered how silly some humans can be.
