Interesting but, I doubt they're short enough of pennies for that to be the reason.

Bollocks. None of them would ever have to work again with the amount they've got. Surely they'd start selling their helicopters and planes before trying to make a few extra 10s of thousands of pounds by shifting some bikes?

I'm not too sure... I know James May has been planning to sell a bike or two for a while now, well before the "fracas"
