There are a fair few sections of that course that used to make my sphincter clench and that was on a 125. Neutral

I lived there for almost 14 years. Came back to the UK about a year ago.

Just sat watching that my stomach muscles were tense my neck muscles were twitching and my head was moving to each lean not to mention my heart was going like a train! Those guys have balls of steel. Shocked
