Open the filler cap and squeeze the hoses with the filler cap off. You can run the engine until it gets warm with filler cap off to let any air out then switch off engine and top up again if needed. You don't need to run it too long just enough to get the air out.

Thanks for the reply worked a treat:))))))). Seems to be ok now thanks for the help Very Happy. Hit another bit of a snag aswell if you could help out out. There seems to be a bit of water leaking out of the kips casing on the right hand side or the barrel. Its only just started doing it.?????

Are you sure it's water and not oil?

Is it the LHS cover that says KIPS on it, or the RHS cover with the rubber gaitor going into it?

It's possible to get a bit of oil or gungy burnt oil leaking from the LHS cover if the gasket or oil seal on the KIPS operating rod is knackered. But if your getting a water/coolant leak from either cover, and it's not mistaken for a head gasket weaping externally, then you must have a damaged or porous cylinder barrel as the only explanation?

Yeah Stevo thanks for the reply. It's not the side with kips on it. It's the RHS where the part that works the valves are. There is oil slightly leaking from the kips casing but also water seems to aswell. Gonna check the head gasket today. Thank you
