Morning All,

After fannying around on L plates for 4 years I've finally booked my DAS, theory is on the 11th of this month then a days training mod 1 on the 17th another's days training then mod 2 on the 22nd. I'm hoping to pass it all first time and be out on something slightly better than my current Chinky dog asap, I've been looking at Er5's and similar on eBay so will probably go for something like that to start with.

A2 or A? ER-5 is neither fish nor fowl, too much for A2, pov spec for A. I'd be thinking ER-6 unless you're really tight for cash.

Category A. Cash is tight at the moment but hopefully whatever I get now will be replaced in about a year for something a bit better.

1 down 2 to go. Theory test passed this morning. Very Happy

Hopefully going to have a look at an SV 650 early next week too.

Full A? I'd seriously take a look at Fazers, great first bike. I've had mine three years and not bored with it yet.

Mod 1 passed Smile 1 minor for being too wide on the figure of 8, 50kph on the swerve and 60kph on the emergency stop. Mod 2 is on Wednesday.

All done, Mod 2 passed today Smile

I won a Honda 600 Transalp on eBay which I'll hopefully be picking up tomorrow or Friday.

Nice one, passed myself last month after pissing about on a 125cc for 8 years! Miss the fuel economy and cheap insurance but a Honda CBR650f put's a bigger smile on my face Very Happy
