I have an '83 gpz 750. Rebored to 810. 4 into 1 harris exhaust. I can't get the pilot mixture right. Standard jets are 37.5 and are too lean. I upjetted to 40 which are too rich. I don't think inbetween sizes are available. Any suggestions?

The Needles control the mixture above 3k revs. My problem is below that, with the pilot jets isn't it? The needle clips are set to standard in the middle.

It's not the pilot jets causing the issue, it's mixture/air screws etc.
