WTF??? Why on earth does the chap filming pull up and go over to the bike? The victim was a good 50 yards back!!

He had the presence of mind to take approximately 4 seconds to shut it off. It was the right decision at that moment.

I understand why you'd turn off the engine and whilst it's unlikely it'd make much difference to the casualty I have always attended to casualty first, annoying bike/car noises later.

Haha, I forget the average mong goes to pieces when there's blood, snot and body parts scattered around.
I once put a bike under a fuel tanker, did a body slide down the white line, ending up alongside his rear wheels and, after pulling the bike out from under his bumper, realised that the driver had gone into shock...
