I'm not sure about prison, but perhaps a zoo or other wildlife park for the greater orange chavscum seen roaming the streets in the video. They are clearly not well adapted to urban living with technology, clothing and acceptable standards of behavior.

I have no love for parking wardens so whether the 2 men were entirely wrong or slightly right, they get a thumbs up from me!

id rather sit at home on benefits than be a parking warden!

theres some jobs in life you avoid doing like the plague unless a gun is pointed at your head.

its a love hate relationship with wardens as they are needed as people really do some potato parking which is inconsiderate to others
