At Track days days I keep getting a spongy lever and could never figure out why It's not fluid or bleeding put it that way. I've found all my bleed nipples to be leaking master and two calipers.

So here my proposal already tried new nipples etc. if I completely shut the bleed nipples with tread locker or something, and purchAse some banjo bolts with the intergrated bleed nipples are these any good will I get air trapped at the original bleed valves I do pressure bleed with a compressor system it does a great at getting air out.

Let me know what us think
Seems a better idea than trying to get the calipers re seated.

do you lose fluid from them under hard use?
is it that you get fade or the lever that was firm goes spongy during hard use?
most likely is that you arent getting all the air out and the extra heat with extra use is showing up the problem.

bleed nipples do NOT seal on the thread, I imagine you have some dirt or corrosion allowing a tiny amount to weep out and air in. If it was done properly. All 3? sounds bodged. Laughing

Remove the nipples and inspect the taper and bore where they seat.

I would not want thread locker getting inside. For the purpose of sealing the thread (useful for reverse filling only), PTFE tape does the job and will not contaminate fluid.

You do not need bleed nipples to bleed. I consider it essential to bleed at the master cylinder banjo and never bothered to fit a nipple.

Old Thread Alert!
