Why do I get the feeling that this has been posted word for word on a variety of forums. Did you bother to get to know people on those forums or did you just spam them like this?

Apologise for what seems to have rattled you? But new to all this.
It would seem repeated due to my lack of knowledge of such forums etc.
And as for the word for word fact, this was because I merely used word prior to publishing, and simply cut and pasted.
With regards to your comment about "Did you bother to get to know people on those forums or did you just spam them like this" I didn't no, I prefer to meet and socialise with real people and not hide behind modern technology interacting via social media..
If this offends you, then I apologise.. This isn't my intention.

So, err, does that mean you are not a real person because I am 'interacting via social media' with you?

I find often people are a lot more honest online than chatting BS at a 'bike meet'.

Please don't post the same thread in multiple sections. I have removed your other one, by the way.
Resurrecting an almost three year old thread with the exact same post is bad form, by the way.

Of course free advertising for a pub YOU might consider as "a nice thing". Do consider that others without a vested interested may have a different view on the matter.

What happened to the burger evening after hours at the bike shop in the industrial site in Papworth?
What night was that? I only live round the corner and heard lots of bike hammering round the by pass every Tuesday/Thursday I think?
Must make it round to pitching up there some time!
