Genuinely interested in to why you think people will want to rip out their perfectly good, and very functional, dash to replace it with a much smaller smart phone.

A smart phone that's then going to require a constant charging socket, and be highly non-visible during any kind of decent sunshine.

How is it worth $130 when torque Pro is £2.95 and a bluetooth odb2 is £4.25?

these thread always makes me wonder if people stop and have a quick read on how spammers are normally dealt with on this forum. you would think thread from people like paul hills would be enough to put spammers off.

I don't even want a dumb-phone on my bike, let alone a smart one, let alone yet another wonder-widget for one!
Thank-you, but no-ta.

It measures Voltis. I assume these are a bit like Baltis.

if its going on android, the phone is already jacked with more software than most could imagine - granted its going to the US government but that's not the point, is it?

I'm still chuckling. Laughing You forgot to add the part about them looking like generic immigrant beggars.

I watched the vid and it looks to be one of the most vague things I've seen on a smartphone. It looks way too slow to be able to provide any useful info.

Mate of mine very proudly showed me his phone with a GPS app. He's using it as his speedo cluster on his Jap import 400 CBR. It very acurately stores his average speed, top speed and can be tied to a Google map to show where he has been.
I did tell him in no uncertain terms that if he had that on his bike, he did not know me and I certainly did not know him, one pull from Dibble and he's given them all the info they would ever need to probably lock him up.
No THANKS!

You both look like you've got some city miles on you.

This will not end well for you. I guarantee it.

For the record it was this catastrophe of a sentence that made me hate you the most.
