Is there a law in the UK, that'd say one shall have both feet on the pegs when riding a motorcycle? He was not speeding, wasn't he? Thinking

If he IS on the motorway, he shouldn't be with L-Plates on.

No person shall drive or cause or permit any other person to drive, a motor vehicle on a road if he is in such a position that he cannot have proper control of the vehicle or have a full view of the road and traffic ahead.

I tried finding the picture to link, but it is evading me. There is a picture of me doing around eighty or so mph in a similar position on a GPZ500 on the M25. Many lolz were had.
