so it took all day for the weather to change, that not that changeable. when it swing from hacking down with rain, to sun, to hail and howling winds and back to rain in the space of 20 minutes you have changeable weather.

rainy in the morning and sunny in the evening is just weather I am affraid

But it's still changeable Smile

It rains in the morning and is okay in the afternoon all the time in England; I particularly liked how it was so miserable in the morning, and amazing in the afternoon. That's pretty rare.

Next time it 'hacks' its down with rain, hail and howling winds in the space of 20 minutes, I'll be sure to record it Smile

So is the weather in other places. On the continent the changes happen more often, especially in summer - I remember regular patterns like sunny hot morning followed by violent thunderstorm with rain in mid-afternoon, then followed by sunny evening (I know because I lived there). In England there is no such dynamics in the atmosphere. It's a mild climate - it either rain or sunshine and changes from one to another rather smoothly. Not many days with proper violent storms.
