Had a load of sunny footage. 30mins messing about with an editor and for those interested this is the result. Don't expect anything fancy, I'm still new, don't know the roads and am fairly simple.

It's been a good week though Smile

Edit: Don't worry, I'm not intending on making more.

Yeah snake pass and surroundings. And I thought you'd all rather some music over my nonsense comments to myself. Razz

I liked that fella Thumbs Up

Blinding day, cracking roads, nice bike. Brilliant. Short and punchy.

I liked the track, so much I'm nicking it for my riding. *
Music fits the emotion of the ride I reckon. Better than another whiny little IL4 over a tiny microphone.

Nice job.

* Have paid Amazon for it.

The only reason I was replacing engine sound with some music in the past was the wind noise. It was making videos impossible to watch. But once that got sorted I think I prefer the sound of whiny little IL4 Thinking

Wind noise does often overpower the mic, leaving the engine sounding like a supercharger, all you get is whine.

Your vid sounded good. Roar, snarl and bark with some bass to it.
Not whiny at all.

EDIT:
It's not just IL4's that can sound bad, tripples sound like a constant wet fart, singles and twins sound like someone is hammering on a table with a 2oz hammer. It all detracts from video rather than adds to it.

Either run a mic under the seat if you want engine noise and no wind.

or

Learn to like metal, the only music that should ever accompany motorcycling vids. Wink

Yeah it works well in yours mJZ. Pretty much no wind noise and the engine sounds great.

Hahaha, not a bad idea. (My metal is limited to Dragonforce or something)

Final cut pro, but in fairness I've no idea what I'm doing with it - this was the first mess about and mostly just watching youtube tutorials for how to do anything. Camera is a Drift Ghost-S running at 720p, 30fps. Not quite sure how to upload videos at qualities above 360p, but didn't really look into it.
