You'll need to get the carbs out. Check the float height on that cylinders carb, the condition of the float needle (put a pic on here so we can see) and see if the little screen above the float valve seat is clear.

Swap the spark plug cap from the cool cylinder to one that is running hotter. If the fault moves, you have found the problem. If not, swap a spark plug over.

Is the spark plug of the cool running cylinder a darker brown than the others?

Karma that's the beauty of cmnsl, tells you ( shows you ) stuff like if your carbs have a little filter screen above the float needle valve, just like on my bike, which is a Kawasaki...... Very Happy

fore armed is four warned.......

Oh, do fuck off. A fucking shop manual won't tell you that, no? Fuck off spamming.
Leave the finger off the reply button, just fuck off. "four warned" Rolling Eyes fuck off.

OT, well done OP on sorting it. Thumbs Up

Edit, Bikeberk. the geezer has a Katana, not a Kawasaki like you. Regardless, can you now post up your famous fucking dutch bollocks picture of a filter above a float needle valve? Bollocks inside a Katana carb, you can't.
