Dudes, i just got my ticket for the 5th in the post. Are you guys gonna be meeting up at BP? If you're riding down the A5, any peeps meeting me up at the A5/A41 Esso?

Haven't seen Smoto on MSN for a while so i don't know whats up on his front. I would have thought the ESSO would be more convenient for the south london peeps cos it's just next to the A41 and a straight ride down from M1 exit at Watford (if that is you're taking the M25). Plus i know the forecort is big enough to accommodate however many bikes there are meeting up. Last time i checked, park St Bp was still shut. Cmon, esso, you know you want too - fuel's the cheapest in the region Less of us doubling back then innit

Shit Marcos, i shouda asked if anybody wanted to order with me They deliver to you the next day so if you wanna save on 3 quid for better things, pester someone with a card to get it. Cos you'll be saving 3.20 by ordering via phone/online- gay thing its that it's credit card only and NOT cash cards. 14 quid on the door. But it'll be cool... I guess i'll be meeting up with the rest of the group at esso then. BP seems a bit of an unnecessary double back for me although if sufficient people are meeting at BP i.e. >5, then i wouldn't mind the ride down... anybody know their way from the A41 to Ally Pally, cos if you guys don't, i've got a scenic route via mill hill drilled in my head so you'll be safe! I got the details posted in the SE regional forum too.

I live in North Finchley, so can easily meet you in Mill Hill (where I work), or meet you on the A406 maybe if I was in the BP garage just before the N. Finchley turn off and or I could meet you there.

Let me know what route you are taking and I will let you know if I am going to meet you en route or there.

Maj Grooves, I guess the more direct and "FUN ROUTE" is through Mill Hill village, (blind corners and stuff will be a laugh), then up to finchley central station, then right at the lights, and after that, it's a left at the subsequent set of traffic lughts and a direct straight road to Muswell Hil before a left to ally pally - this has been the route i've been taking from Edgware for the last few years.

If you know the Finchley Area well, then finding the BP petrol station at Bittacy Hill will be a cinch - you'll know which one it is - near a roundabout with 4 exits and sells petrol for 83p!

The A406/A1 junction is a FUCKING BITCH at best and i feel that if we're filtering, we'll lose ourselves (esp Mr Claudio there ) By going thru finchley, we'll be able to piss off the posh residents of mill hill village if there's a large group going past and i feel that we'll be able to manage the traffic. All we need to do is arrange for times to meet each other up at.

If the group starts off at Park St, it'll take 20 mins to get to Esso, then another 20 mins to get to the BP at Bitaccy Hill (where hopefully we'll be meeting Maj Grooves there) then another 20 mins to Ally Pally - traffic wont be bad. If R1 Lad is coming, i'd expect him to be doing 12 o clock wheelies down the Ridgeway in front of Mill Hill school - it's a dead straight road and it's better than taking the A41/A1 IMO.
