How to approach my next test? please read

Hey guys i first done my cbt couple days after my 18th and currently hold an A1 license, I'm looking at buying the Kawasaki J300 or a similar bike, but obviously I'll need my A2 license for this, I do not feel comfortable at all with gear, i fell off my honda cbr after 2 days and scraped some skin off my elbow and ruined my new jumper haha
since then i wear protection but its put me off and to be fair it wasnt very comfortable like the scooters I like for daily commutes to work

tl;dr - Can I do my A2 practical test on a automatic (twist and go) and be restricted only to them?

You've already got your a1 which means you've done it once already. Why would the second time be any different?

TL;DR - MTFU and do A2 proper then buy what you like

You made a silly noob mistake.

Most of us do.

if you do a test on a auto u can only ride auto's
Just do the normal test or youre not getting your money worth
