Good luck with your DAS.
Was in similar predicament a couple of months ago, wanting a supersport after DAS, ended up going for CBR650F as per global biking authority advice that it's perhaps safer bet than jumping straight on full blown supersport.
Anyway within a few weeks have since added 1999 R6 to collection as I should have just went for a supersport in the first place meh!
I am finding when I go outside to jump on bike to go for a spin it's old R6 I'm jumping on rather than shiny new CBR :/. It's simply more fun to ride, even at low speed, every trip is like a little adventure. Wheras CBR is emm oh no, I will say it, ehh boring.
Only issue i'm finding with the R6 is that after 30 minutes I need to get off as it's bleeding painfull, so maybe not sure if I could live with this alone. CBR650F can ride all day long.
So as you're 39, very, very old and have no time to waste, some bike catching up to do, one bike is not enough, buy both bikes! |

Fireblade or Royal Enfield.
Come on, you're asking whether you should choose Charlize Theron or Mila Kunis. Everyone will have an opinion, but nobody would say no to their 2nd choice either. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
