1998 Bandit 1200 won't idle

How's it going guys, so i have a 1998 suzuki bandit 1200, it will not idle without choke and has alot of trouble starting, i rebuilt the carbs and cleaned them. also ran seafoam through it, i could not remove the pilot jets because they decided they did not want to be removed, heres a video of how they run

I was wondering if any of you knew of any other possibilites other then the jets i couldnt remove before i bring it to a shop and have them do it for more money then i really want to dish out. i did sync them they all sat around 5.4, i have the idle screw turned all the way up aswell. Thanks in advanced.

how come you couldn't remove the jets?

just woudlnt unscrew?

when my 600 bandit woudlnt idle, it was due to o-rings on the inlets being crap an hard (so was leaking air) also my choke plungers were also gunked up with crap

oh an my plugs were terrible too an needed replacing

what is the mixture screws set too?

As a novice in the field i have yet to find the mixture screw it was easy to find on my DR650 but for the life of me cannot find it on this bike, im probably just blind. yes the jets almost feel like they are welded into the bike haha, ive had seafoam in the tank for two tanks, ive been able to put exactly 16 miles on the bike in 7 months.
