Please forgive my innocence. I have not long bought a honda 650 and I have no idea why there is an electrical switch connected to the clutch master cylinder. So please put me out of my misery and tell me what it does
Thankyou |

It stops you from starting the bike in gear, unless the clutch is pulled in. On a fuel-injected Suzuki (probably most of the other jap makes too) it also invokes the neutral fuelling and ignition map so it's not a good idea to bypass it by joining the wires. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'
