aprilla rs starts and then cuts out

i there i recently bought a 09 aprilla rs125 ran fine i changed expansion chamber due to old one being very rusty. put it all back together and would not start so i checked usual suspects cleaned all jets on the carb in float bowl and up she fired now she fired but after a few short seconds it dies even with rev on help please ????ps also had new plug in there aswell and tryed with old 1 . If you are certain that the carb is setup correctly, do a compression test (check the spark plug condition and gap whilst it is out), then if the compression is good, check the ignition timing.

hi yes ive not adjusted carb just cleaned jets even tryed with old plug which was running before i fitted exhaust. does any body know what the little black valve peace is at side of carb
