i love this bike!

thats all!

both feet flat on the ground (my height is 5"3) great torque in every gear!

the 07 R1 had me on tip toes having to rev the heck of it like a 600

9 years of being on an R1 and im not sad ive left cos the k6 is like a having a who gives great bread and great flex and cooks you a perfect meal and dessert after.

Also a bike I have lusted after for a long time, but if you fit on with feet flat on the floor at 5'3" how am I going to get on at 6'4" in socks? Add the boots and all the clobber, look like a rhino on a mini moto Sad

Looks like I shall have to continue my lust from afar and consider one of the earlier bikes - k1-2. Sat on one and that felt lovely, but the guy whose bike it was wanted to sell at a take the piss price, even knowing I knew what he paid for it.

I had a GSXR1000 L3, but I still want a K5/6 to try. There are a few for sale locally, been very tempted to see if they're any better than the model that's 8 years younger.

Cant fault mine, except its virtually pointless on the road towards the redline in ANY gear...

If you attach some helium balloons to it, yes, it's 166kg. Wink

K2 is the proper one Wink

Great bike though! Have you got any decent pics yet?

Doubt my tall frame would fit on a K6. I just about squeeze on the K2 to be fair!
