that's awful, an adult cyclist as well - we have that issue here on our housing estate however, it's a nuisance more than a danger and i think some pathways are actually signed for cyclists which i don't agree with - my brother is a real cyclist pro and he would hate to see that clip especially as he has 4 kids of his own.

I saw a slightly longer clip and the Dad is bringing a carry cot with another kid out of the door, the little girl is right in front of him then runs to get in the car. In an ideal world she wouldn't have run onto the pavement without looking but little kids tend to do stuff like that.
It was an unlucky accident as the cyclist wasn't exactly committing the crime of the century but I'd still say he's 100% to blame and the fact that he tried to have a go at them rather then apologize probably means he's a bit of a tool like that wolf guy on youtube.
