Honda Varadero 125v8 Wired Problem (Could it be Spark plugs?

Hi guys anyone have a idea about my honda varadero 125 v8 Im having this wired problem, Once i get her up to 10000rpm full throttle it does this wired skip and then goes back to normal then does it again untill i let off the throttle and bring her back down to speed, Any ideas i think it could be my spark plugs as ive done 6000miles on them or could be a little more, Its like its trying to stop me going faster... Could i be due for new spark plugs as ive done some miles on them. Just did a fresh oil change witch i change every 1500miles. I use 10w40 Fully synthetic oil in her them best of the best. very well looked after to so i don't understand
