Hoverboards and augmented reality, now that's what I'm talking about.

In my humble opinion, I really do think VR / AR is going to replace all forms of TV / Media / Gaming, etc.
Why buy a 50" TV when you can sit in a VR movie theatre and feel like you're watching a 60ft screen?
The AR stuff is just mind boggling but I fear the future of the human race is going to be people sat in dark rooms with headsets on.
I watched a documentary about billionaires and one of them was this Russian oil tycoon, he's trying to create android avatars that he hopes one day he will be able to transplant his conciousness in to one and live forever haha. |

I'm too old (24) for this crap.
The whole extended reality trend feels a bit over the top. ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ

Old Thread Alert!
The last post was made 11 years, 100 days ago. Instead of replying here, would creating a new thread be more useful? |
