I saw this earlier and wondered why the driver didn't get the assholes details. Surely there must have been some damage to the car.

I've also seen two cyclists very nearly get squished the past two days on Prescot Road because red lights didn't apparently apply to them. They really do seem to have an awful lot of faith in those polystyrene caps they wear.

Also a quick edit, it was a little dig at how it's ALWAYS the motorist at fault when it involves a bicycle..... cyclist runs a red light and gets flattened by a bus, it's the bus drivers fault (as we were told at training school). Cyclist drags a kid along the pavement, cyclist has a go at the parents.... cyclist rides up to a mobile CCTV van and has a go at the driver for "breaking the law" by using his phone (while the driver is parked up with the engine off), but thought nothing of filming himself riding on the pavement then crossing a junction to have a go at the driver.... etc
