Loaded artic runs into back of stationary queue of traffic at some pace perhaps. The little black car under the
focus looks to have been ground zero so to speak. 30+ odd rolling tonnes would decimate a traffic light queue.

Reading other articles, it seems the driver carried on driving after hitting the cars which is why the lorry was
not in shot in any of the pics. The old bill chased him down and made him stop up the road some way.
It was a 'Whistl' lorry so certainly a UK based firm. I looked because I was wondering if it may have been a foreign
lorry as Kent has more than it's fair share of those passing through on the way to Dover. My bother in law is a
Traffic Officer on the M25 and he sees a lot of accidents involving these LHD trucks. Some of the stories
he's told me about guys from Europe caught driving drunk, way in excess of their driving hours, watching TV at
the wheel and even a dutch driver cooking a fry up on a dashboard mounted gas stove with a frying pan
of eggs and bacon on, would make your hair stand on end.
He obviously didn't slow down at all, so was distracted by something, and to keep on driving after impact
suggests either shock or he wasn't all the ticket. There's no way he didn't notice the impact.
