Try gocompare they ask if you have "provisional" or "full license" and the date of which it was obtained, since you already have your provisional then you can get an accurate insurance quote by entering some basic details.
As for the bike just enter the model, year etc and check the "not yet purchased" box.

NO-ONE understands 'Insurance'.. its like women.
If you even get CLOSE to understanding it... they just change the rules!
You are not meant to comprehend... just obey.. sorry, that's women...
You are not meant to understand.. just PAY... actually THAT could be women too!
Its SUPPOSED to be beyond comprehension; you are just supposed to open your wallet; do as you are told; sweat a bit over what the right answer might be, and hope for the best! Like I said.. like women!
As for how much.. well... bit like women again.,. but at your age, for a scooter, 'relatively' not too much... is about as close as I can offer! ____________________ My Webby'Tef's-tQ, loads of stuff about my bikes, my Land-Rovers, and the stuff I do with them!

42 here, 1 years NCB, full licence, ER6f 650cc full comp with cover to ride other bikes, £137
Still a bit pricey compared to what I pay to insure my car with full no claims but otherwise not bad price.
To compete with that my bike insurance would need to be about £74 ____________________ Currently enjoying products from Ford, Mazda and Yamaha
