There are probably a lot worse stories than mine...

Yesterday I had to pick up an occupied bee hive and bring it back home..

I did get a few strange looks with it bungied to the back of the "Hornet"

Smiler. That's the strangest thing I've carried.

This is the best that springs to mind:

The deer on the top was above the level of my OH's head (she was riding pillion).

Carried a large pair of live Oscars (tropical fish) about 25 miles in a sidecar with about 20 gallons of warm water inside with some polystyrene foam on top, by the time I got home there was about 10 gallons left.

I carried 3 bar stools back home on the back of a CBR6 bout 15 years ago, does that count?

I once bungied a 50cc minimoto to the pillion seat of my XJ600 to take it to a mate's.

Large 20KG dog food bags, barbecue, petrol strimmer and petrol hedge trimmer (at the same time), 32" TV, bags of charcoal for the barbecue, biggest thing was probably a dining table and two deck chairs.

The joys of not having a car.

On the GS this was all a piece of piss, but on the ZX10R it's a bit more challenging and even the dog food is pushing it...

20kg bag of coal. Got some strange looks.
Also, an empty cylinder of balloon helium to turn into a stove.
Multipacks of toilet roll...

Nothing particularly strange, just whatever I needed to carry.

Years ago I took a 9 foot artificial Xmas tree with a large box of decorations on the back of a DR125. I also used to take a full weeks shopping on the Vara when the car was out of action.

I used to go to Ikea with the wife on my bike as we just had to pick up a couple of things. She would still walk round and buy everything in the place and then complain that she had no hands to hold on with one the way home.
