ive used this stuff before and used a whole bottle to wash my bike...

it came out about as good as it was when i started.

Figured at £1 might as well get myself a bottle and use it during winter, i'm sure it ad disappear soon enough but wouldn't be missed in the process over the more expensive bottle of cleaner that I got from J&S (not muc-off) that's lasted my god knows how many washes and still going.

Autoglym Engine & Machine Cleaner pour moi, expensive, but lasts ages....especially if you only use it where needed. Although, I have about a dozen cans of gunk or Jizer that I picked up from various house clearences to use up yet, and half a gallon tin of industrial de-greaser.
My bike had it's annual polish the other day, still looks a mess

Just to drag this thread up again, I decided to give this stuff a go (since the VFR is scruffy as f**k I didn't see the point in anything more expensive).

The first thing I decided to try it on was my (cream) leather sofa after 1 of the seats was getting stained from black jeans.... anyway sprayed some on a sponge and gave it a scrub then wiped it off with a damp cloth and thought it had bleached it, turns out it just cleaned the seat really well.

Anyway I decided to give the VFR it's yearly wash (like the rain hasn't done that enough), while spraying the first thing I noticed was how shit the lid was, twice I was left holding the spray and the bottle hit the floor (left a rather interesting brown stain on the ground after a minute or 2), second thing I noticed was the staining it left on the aluminium (which I'm sure will polish out), to be fair it did eat through the dirt quite well, but then so does water and washing up liquid if left for a couple of minutes.

I found the best way to use this stuff was to wash the bike, hose it down then spray this stuff all over leave it for a minute or so then use a high pressure hose to remove it.

I ended up binning about half the bottle



tl;dr: it's shite for bikes, but quite good for light leather sofas

I`ve been using Autosmart`s G101 diluted 10:1 with water.
Its a good all round cleaner and 5 ltrs is around £19 on evilbay.
