Saw the threads with two bad bike buying experiences and decided to add mine which is very positive.

It was all good actually. First one when I sold my old bike mine was classified ad in ebay.

Have got few calls to view the bike - my conditions were first come with cash first serve basis.

Nice lady has come first I have shown her the bike how it works, she paid me in cash, I've thrown Haynes manual and 2 litres synt oil. All happy.

Than when I bought my next bike it was ebay I won the auction and have called the guy to arrange the pick up, because in the auction terms there was no delivery option. Pleasant surprise the guy said he will deliver for £50 for 50 miles. Saved me some unpleasant train trip. He rode the bike to my place next day and I handed over the cash.

Again very good experience.
