The Greeks have been milking it long enough, and most of them know it, and the honest ones acknowledge it.

This is only the late repayment, it's hardly going to sort out the future inevitable Greek issues.

Giving up their national sports of tax evasion and corruption needs sorting out before it stands a fighting chance of staying afloat. You can't have a social system which everybody tries not to pay taxes towards.
