I need help regarding a small issue i am facing in my CG125

I have recently got the headwork done which incl new cylinder, ring, piston, valves, valve stem seals, valve guides. Also got New carb and a new plug coil

i am experiencing an issue that whenever i accelerate from constant speed there is a slight hesitation, the bike stalls for like half a second and than it's fine.
Similarly if i decelerate and during that deceleration if i decide to accelerate again, no matter how gently i twist the throttle there is a slight hesitation. The problem existed with my previous carb as well along with some popping. The popping sound has been resolved thanks to Air cutt valve on the new carb however this hesitation remains.

I have also installed new intake manifold and new air filter, however the problem persists.
There is no hesitation from standstill no matter how much i push it's smooth all the way. The problem occurs when accelerating from constant speed or when i decided to accelerate again after some deceleration.

I opened the new carb and checked the needle jet as well and the c-clip was in the middle as it is supposed to. Now i am not sure what to check i mean i have almost replaced everything and all things are new Rolling Eyes
Any help would be really appreciated

the 1990 (H reg.)CG125 I "had" did have fitted a supper economy carburettor.... it would hesitate every time you opened wide the throttle .. basically it wanted re-jetting and probably a new needle aswell...

I would try a jet one size up see how you get on .. checking the spark plug colour the first few times you use it...

It's a brand new carb so i am a bit reluctant to open it. The problem which i fail to understand is that why the hesitation when accelerating form at least 20-50% throttle opening, why not from standstill or 0.

A smaller main jet should be trouble some every time the throttle is opened 3/4th or more but this not the case.

Try putting the clip on the needle 1 position lower. This will effectively raise the needle and make it a little bit richer on part throttle openings. If it's better but not right go another position lower, if it's worse go the other way from the original position.
Make sure your plug is good and gapped correctly and the HT lead and cap are in good nick and the air filter is clean. Check the tightness of all fasteners on the carb and manifold, fuel lines etc.
