Touch up matt/satin black chassis?

On my R1 the black chassis behind the rear suspension spring has spots of colour taken away from stones or whatever. Aside from a pain of a spray job, has anyone touched up something like this?

Baring in mind where it is, it doesn't need to be as perfect as a tank or fairing job.

Depends on how perfect you want it to be. If they are just a few small individual chips, and the paint is just basic satin black then it's easy enough. Give the area a good clean and dab some paint on.

I've sprayed paint into an old plastic container out of a generic rattle can and dobbed it on with a matchstick or the corner of a bit of kitchen roll before.

If it's not just basic black then places like https://www.rsbikepaint.com/ sell specific colours.

If the area looks more like its been sandblasted from stuff flung off the rear wheel then it will need a different approach. Got a pic of it?
