Bike shelter just brilliant

Hi guys just letting you know if you don't already have one? I bought myself a bike shelter which is like a tent for your motorcycle, it just folds upwards get bike out and pull back down, bike goes back in after a ride and it's a fantastic home for your beloved machine, waterproof and windproof also stops UV damage and keeps cats out and has side vents to stop condensation, got mine on eBay for £80 well worth it.

The bike shelters made of brick are even more brilliant. They have locking doors, a roof and even electricity.

We all know a brick-built garage is the ideal but if all you have is a 'space' and bugger-all else one of these devices has to be better than nowt. Thumbs Up

If it's something like these, then a friend bought 1 to cover his bike, because it's between 2 buildings he had to use 2 bike chains to hold the thing closed when it's windy.

Also when it rains 1 of the top sections sag and collect water which then drips through on to the bike (he's had to put 2 large poles under 1 section to allow the water to run off the back.

Other than that they're not bad.... well when I say not bad, when you open it, it will usually try to close itself, or you end up with a large flap of material dropping to around chest height..... other than that, they're OK.... well when I say OK, they're OK on flat ground otherwise you have a massive gap at either the front or back

Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of a brick shed and to be honest my shelter does exactly what it should and was still there after some very strong winds.
