There's a guy that turns up to a bike meet near me on one of these:

I know nothing about it, apart from it being incredibly loud!

I pulled up at the traffic lights behind a guy on a very old looking BSA of some sort, it was loud as hell and he flew off from the lights, it smelled like petrol engines of old. It had been hard tailed and had some funky handle bars. I was very jealous.

I was on a Boris bike Sad

Regularly see two old boys on Vincents around Stevenage, chatting to one of them, he used to work in the machine shop there - both are in totally pristine unrestored original condition.

Unsure of model, i didn't get that far into the chat but it's the same bike as in the picture.

I saw someone yesterday on an old BSA Bantam, pudding basin helmet, goggles and a leather face mask, looked like he was on his way to a BDSM meeting!

mehhhhh, never mind.
Still ... all bikes were ridden there on the day, so they *were* on the road at some point that day.

I hadn't seen anything old or interesting for days really, but tonight on my way home there was a guy working on an old car in his garage, and on the drive was a Red Suzuki X7 and cherry red Honda CBX1000. Lucky bastard eh? How would you decide which one of those to take out to the pub at night? Laughing

Just remembered. On Tuesday at Pendine I saw a Norton. Only it wasn't a Norton. It was Kawasaki Z750. But it wasn't that either, it was a Suzuki. No, sorry, a Triumph. Or maybe a Honda. Confused

Pity I didn't get a snap of it.

It had bits from so many different bikes, you couldn't call it one thing or another. Engine was the Z, frame was from some Norton or other, and had bits and pieces from all the others mentioned. The owner said if we could identify every bike it had parts from, we could have it. Needless to say, we didn't manage, but I think we did quite well.
