its not mine im asking for another person on a forum I use

he takes them to steam fairs to save paying to get in they have never been registered we think they are Chinese and from the 70s they are belt driven

not the best pics but they are not mine he has two of these that are identical

both need some work now but he cant find anything that tells him what they are clones of

It looks a little bit like a yamaha qt:

How about some decent pictures. Taken in daylight would be a good start.

Side on shot of the engine?

If they are from a communist country, they used to share a lot of designs.

Parts of it look very familiar. My first moped was a Tomos which was a communist moped made in Yugoslavia.

With that style tank it reminds me of my old Motobecane Mobylette, it could well be a rip off of them as millions of those were made in France for decades.

Information on YIHAO as a manufacturer is pretty scarce, as any googling will attest.

After a few searches though the bike appears to be very similar to a Honda PA50 Camino.

google also comes up with two for sale but I think they were these two Laughing
