They're building a new fire station down the road from me.
There's a Bob the builder style sign up telling us what considerate contractors they are.
Gives you something to spit at while you're stuck at the temporary lights I suppose.
The mascot is called Ivor Goodsite. What a bunch of arse.

No, we're still on the stern black-on-yellow "PICKING UP LITTER RISKS ROADWORKERS LIVES" signs.
No apostrophe. Rage building...
And I've never seen anyone picking up litter there, ever.

As above, lucky if you even see that many. It's traffic chaos round Château Borg at the moment with road closures and lanes coned off on the alternate routes. Fortunately the local Farce seem to have given up on road policing so I'm taking the attitude that if I can get through a coned off area without mashing up Ivor Goodsite, I will do so, zero-fucks gangsta stylee. Bringing the biking community world brotherhood into disrepute, so sad.

Unfortunately I haven't got, nor can I find a photo of my favourite, pointless, road sign.
There are a few of them round here, black on yellow, with the words:-
STREET LIGHTS NOT WORKING
I've yet to work out what anyone is supposed to do with this information.
If it's daylight the information is irrelevant.
If it's already dark you'll have your lights on.
If it's dark and you haven't got your lights on you won't be able to read the sign anyway! 
Pointless sign is pointless!
