bike doesnt have a choke, it is just a measly cbr125
it only did it for the first few mins and it has never done it before, after a few mins it was running as normal but during the first few minutes the engine was surging for some reason after the hill run |

A couple of things to check - faulty IAT, MAF or O2 sensors.
More likely to be a sticking choke, low coolant level, inlet air leak or dirty air filter. ____________________ Honda Varadero XL125(V8)
