I'm off work for the next week and a half.. Possible to get CBT, theory & mod1/2 for A2 done in that time? Obviously I know one can give a definitive answer, but anybody heard of it all being done that quick before?

If you can get the test slots then it's entirely possible.

Should you fail your module one then you've got to wait three clear working days until you can retake it.

I did all mine in that period, but I pre booked the lesson and test slots weeks before.

Will need significant luck in that regard.

Good luck with it either way!

And if you don't pass your mod 2, its 10 working days wait until a re-test.

I thought I would get it done in a couple of weeks when I first booked my CBT... Ohhh how wrong was I, with the extra lessons, the mod 1 fail, and the wait for the test slots, 5 months later I passed!!

Go on a crash course if you want it quick!

CBT / Theory - Yes.

Always slots available (for my local school at least). Theory is near enough the same and is booked by you.

Module 1 / 2 - No.

It's peak season and it just wont happen, at least if you're anywhere near me, if you have booked in advance then yes. Module 1 will be harder to get a slot for as there's plenty of people that want it but Module 2 is a little more relaxed as there's less competition, once you've got passed Module 1 booking Module 2 isn't so much hastle and "need deposit now, can't guarantee availability" etc etc.

Also no because you've got to factor in training for the modules, at best two to three days at a guess, some training schools only offer full days on the weekend or however their schedule works.

Also no because schools buy their test slots in advance and first come first serve.

Although..

Get an A2 / A bike (whatever one you're doing) insured, tax, mot'd and to the test center in the back of a van and you can use the booking system to do it all yourself although at a much higher cost than a DAS course.
