I think those lights are far too common and look ghastly.

I prefer them to the single, dated style of the hornet though. A Bandit is a possibility for my first bike

I prefer them to a single as well , I think it looks more streetfighter ,, my first bike was a GS500 ,, I bought it off the motorcycle instructor as he was retiring..
I loved it , it was a great little bike..

I must admit, I prefer twin headlights myself. Just not those.

Yeah they are a little dull , I like the chrome ones , I only got the bike the other week , paid a grand for it , when I give it a service and get chain spockets I will start blinging it up a bit..

To be honest when I went to see it , I was more interested in the engine , making sure it was all running sweet , lights and stuff like that I can change later..
I do like the back light though , the indicators are in the back light..
I think I did ok for a grand.
The man in the shop told me its worth around £1300 pound when I took it for an MOT ,, The chap that had it had another bike anyway and he said I hate the bike as he likes his cruisers , he just got it as a run around..
He had only done 47 miles in ten months on it...

Sorry Siver Fox , I no its a bit late now but I missed your question..
My bike is oil cooled not water like Mr Palarbear says.

Yeah the weight is seems ok , not had to pick it up off the floor .
I had a new CBF Honda a few years ago , when I came back from a ride parking up , for some mad reason I thought I put the side stand down , got off the bike and let go .
There was not much damage to the bike , why I did that , not sure why
