it could be but i don't know how to do the timing on a bike only a car. see if youtube can show you how to do timing, if your getting spark, and your getting fuel, and its timed up correctly it should fire as the CDI box tells the spark plug when to fire but if your timing is out then it will be sparking at the wrong time

I assume this is some kind of cheap far eastern scooter. I also assume it is a 2 stroke.

You have a spark. Assuming a CDI type set-up, it's hard to get the ignition timing wrong, and the fact that you have a spark means all of the bits fo ignition are there. We can ignore spark for now.

You mentioned the exhaust being removed. Don't try to start an engine before putting it all together. Put the exhaust back on.

At this point you should have an engine that is bolted together, compression, and a spark. The only thing left is fuel/air, in the correct ratio.

Make sure you have fuel to the carb. Make sure the carb is clean internally and set to standard factory settings. If the 2 stroke oil line hooks into the carb, make sure it is hooked in and has oil in.

Now crank it until it starts.

i have had all put back together before and did not start.

so i have taken every think apart and put together one more time in

case i forgot to do something, however i have not noticed anything.

it is far east scooter and it is 2 stroke engine so is simple like a Lego

well scooter have started after 10 min of cranking for 3 sek and the

engine was hot but that all i cant start him anymore ;(
