It depends if you're talking the 2 stroke or 4 stroke, the 2 stroke is considerably faster.

Hi

They actually have the full 11kW unlike the CBR125. Top speed will be in the 80~85mph range, but nearer 80.

The 2 stroke version will be a touch slower but can easily be derestricted to be sunstantially faster.

All the best

Keith

I was wrong, i apologise.

I realise that my tzr is a lot older and probbly heavier, so thinking about it im not surprised about that.

If I didnt already have a tzr I would want one, but cannot afford it.

It's a 125, it's never going to be that quick....
Don't concern yourself with 'how fast' just get on with learning to ride on it! Very Happy

They do about 75mph TOPS. Mate used to have one, and it wouldn't go much of 75 and most of the time was stuck at 60 on hills and shit. Was slow as fook!

It is only a 4t 125 remember, slow as fook in comparison to most stuff, but 75 and 60 up hills is pretty rapid for a 4t. Like was said, you'll be more concerned about learning to ride and safely keeping high corner speeds than anything else. Experimenting with counter-steering and leaning further faster can be very fun, if a little scary to begin with.

Hey,
I used to have one for a year and there not that bad, top speed was generally 75-80 had it up to 84-85 once.

The best thing about it is that it is very neutral therefore handling is really good it also helps that its ground clearance more than the RS250!

So get it and dont slow down for any corner otherwise you will regret it.
