Hi all! Not a new biker but new to the forum so posted in here.

Seeing as there has been a few intro type posts going up on here, thought I would throw my hat into the ring.

Been lurking on here a while since returning to bikes after 3 years without, bought a Fazer 600 in January, totally ripped off for it but now enjoing it anyway and had to learn to fix more than I bargained for!

You guys seem like a lively bunch so thought I would join in Very Happy

Welcome Smile

Dont worry about the being ripped off bit lol

You either lose money at the start, during or when you sell.

Bikes cost you money, the trick is to have fun with it, so it feels worth it Very Happy

Yeah, my reckoning is that as long as I keep it, I'm not losing out. Just dissapointed what a state it was/still is in - I should have gone with my head but 3 years cold turkey and I was ready to ride anything!

But MUCH better fun than hammering a wee ball across some fields into rabbit holes 18 times.

Welcome to the last bastion of (almost) free motorbike forums.

Ha, me too. No bike for a while, too eager to buy, got ripped of in

January, been fixing it ever since. I've put so much cash and time

into it I'm going to have to ride it into the ground (not long now) to

get my money's worth. As said above bikes cost money anyway

whatever you do, so fvck it and enjoy the ride. Thumbs Up Very Happy
