New Biker having issues with Motorbike Warehouse

Hi,

I am a new biker and purchased a bike from MotorBike Warehouse in Wembley.

I had issues with the bike and it was sent back last month...I haven't seen it since!

I have telephoned, emailed and written letters but they never contact me back.

Anyone else had any dealings with this company? Any advice?

Where are you ? ,, are you from London ?..
Wembley is not really that far from me , I would be down there asking where my bike is..
Or maybe you should think about reporting it stolen ,, Thats what I would do ,, Get ya self down there see what they say..

It may, or it may not. You don't need legal representation to go down the small claims track, and if you instruct a solicitor then it'll quickly cost you as much or more than the value of the vehicle.

There's nothing complicated about a letter before action:

List the facts to date, including their refusal to respond. Don't rant, just write a straight list of what, when and who.
Say what you expect to happen (a fully working bike, or your money back plus your direct consequent losses i.e. insurance and VED costs that you can't recover).
Say when you expect that to happen.
Say that if it doesn't happen by that date then you will file a small claim at the County Court and start adding those costs on.

Email and/or post recorded delivery.

These scant details seem odd to me and we're not getting the full picture.
Their website says they're open 7 days a week, you live in London, yet you can't get yer arse down there?

What did you buy and how did you pay?
Do you have documents to show proof of purchase/ownership?
How was it returned and did you get any paperwork?
or as NJD says, you just let some geezer throw it in a van.

Motorbike warehouse are scum. Bunch of weasel tongued wriggling cock ends.

Nick the owner of Motorbike Warehouse has the legendary skill of avoiding customers and being impossible to get hold of when he wants to be. Even going in there daily for 2-3 weeks doesn’t guarantee your going to meet him.

Was the bike working when you last saw it? I am within riding distance of motorbike warehouse. Never taken a pillion before, but if you are free on at a weekend I can give you a lift there to collect your bike.

With motorbike warehouse, no doubt some geezer threw it in a van, no paperwork, and charged you for the privilege of collection.

As a quick follow up, some of the negative reviews have been taken down. Last time I posted these links there were reviews from myself, blown up kymco guy, and the RS2 they raced about on when servicing.
