I have just picked up my CBF1000 and want to leave some positive comments for these guys. First of all when I arrived at the station, I was told to give them a call and they'd come and get me, sure enough, they did, when I arrived I was offered a coffee strategy away, Andy the salesman, logged on to the tax site and taxed the bike for me (using my card details of course), he even printed off a receipt. When he took the bike out the front he noticed there was hardly any fuel in it so put a load in, even though a garage was just 20 meters away. Bike was exactly as described and I have just rode to Brighton with a smooth ride as expected. So customer service is spot on and if they are too busy to talk to you then that is probably due them spending time with other customers due to being friendly and helpful.
I cannot say anything on repairs or servicing, but should it ever happen, I will again leave relevant feedback, be it good or bad.
Before the sceptical ones amongst you start, I have nothing to do with these guys, I live in Brighton and am a teacher. |

I don't believe you. ____________________ Well, you know what they say. If you want to save the world, you have to push a few old ladies down the stairs.

I've had totally the opposite. Lings on Foxhall Road have been really good, really attentive and the staff have been friendly. After my 3rd puncture in as many weeks they plugged the tyre for me at no cost. I don't know that much about bike maintenance, so was pleased that when I took my bike in for another puncture repair and said I probably need new front brake pads too they took them out, showed them to me and explained that I didn't need new ones.
I've rarely been to Orwells but when I have I've been pretty much ignored, staff were standing around chatting. I was standing near a couple looking at a Versys 1k, the bloke asked what the price of it would be, the staff member just said "Whatever the sticker says" and walked off. Kind of set the tone for it all. Perhaps they do enough business not to have to give a shit, in which case I'll stick with Lings.

Hahaha yeah, whatever ......... it's true. There is nothing wrong with giving good feedback when it's due, you don't want to believe me that is fine, you go off to where ever you think treats you best, but one thing I am not ..... is a liar! |

Interesting first post from you too.

And then another new poster signs up just to ball-bust him. BCF, you never disappoint.
Googling "Premier Bikes Didcot" does turn up this thread as the 2nd hit for me, so it's not completely implausible.
Anyway, I'm sure Andy Valen... sorry, "AndyPaul" will hang around and we'll all become the bestest of friends, look back on this one day, and laugh. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Reading the two posts again, it's like they were written by two different people
